Jamilah Mark

Staff | After Hours Coordinator

Jamilah has spent her life surrounded by animals and caring for them in every way she can. She grew up in a home full of pets and now shares her life with many scaly and furry friends of her own. She began working in veterinary medicine as soon as she was able and has since gained over eight years of experience in general practice, emergency care, exotics, wildlife, and as an animal control officer. Her background also includes fostering, pet sitting, and boarding.

Jamilah is committed to being part of the real change so many animals desperately need. She believes every animal deserves love, safety, and happiness, and she's passionate about advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves. She is currently enrolled in a Science program and hopes to continue growing her knowledge in the veterinary field.
