Cat Care Program Supervisor.
About this role:
Toronto Cat Rescue is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Cat Care Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our short-term cat triage program. This role is hands-on and supervisory, focused on ensuring exceptional animal care, strong infection control practices, and meaningful enrichment for cats during their brief stay in the program.
The successful candidate will recruit, train and support volunteer caregivers, maintain a clean and healthy environment, and work closely with the TCR intake team to ensure cats move efficiently in and out of the program. This program is strictly short-term triage, with the goal that no cat remains longer than 7 days.

Board Members (Voluntary).
About this role:
We’re recruiting volunteer board members with a variety of skills and experience to help set strategic direction, provide governance and oversight, and monitor the fiduciary health of TCR. We are looking for dynamic and deeply engaged board members to act in the best long-term interest of the organization, its volunteers, and most importantly, its cats. Specifically we're recruiting for:
Board Director
Finance Committee Member
Fundraising Committee Member.
The commitment is approximately 1-3 hours per week.
