Cosmo

DSH, black and white, female, spayed, vaccinated, DOB September 1, 2009. Meet sweet little Cosmo. She was thankfully rescued by a TCR volunteer from an overcrowded animal control. Cosmo has a funny gait. She has been x-rayed by a vet and the injury is an old pelvic break likely from being hit by a car. The injury did not heal properly and has left Cosmo with her amusing way of walking. She is totally able to get around and she looks like she is skating when she walks - so cute. The vet does not recommend re-breaking her pelvis and feels Cosmo is not in any pain. She is able to get around fine, uses her litter box and can even climb the stairs. Ideally Cosmo needs a forever home which does not have a young animal or child who will want to play chase or wrestle with her. She is a very cuddly, sweet cat and she really needs her safe forever home - imagine surviving outside with a broken pelvis. The vet called her "a miracle kitty" and that is just what she is!!
