Colbey
DSH, silver tabby, male, neutered, vaccinated, DOB March 27, 2008.
A Few Words from Colbey:
I am an extremely curious, excitable and hyper guy! I need lots of activity and attention, but prefer attention from humans than from other cats. I came from a life on the streets, where I was in a very busy subdivision, trying to fend for myself. Because of those hard times, I had to learn how to trust humans, and am really soaking up the love now in my foster home! An ideal day for me is playing with my catnip pillow, getting lots of rubs, talking and meowing a lot, then eating a big meal and curling up under a big pillow.
A Few Words from Colbey's Foster Mom:
Colbey is a very handsome fellow who is almost more pewter-coloured than grey. He is so loving and seeking of attention. He gives kisses and sometimes actually nips to express his affection. He is a rough-and-tumble sort of guy that has very high energy. He is very talkative here! He instigates with the other cats, so has to be separated from them, but the one foster cat he has learned to get along with somewhat is Monika, a gentle, docile female. Because Colbey is so high energy and because he tries to escape outside (the home he used to know before being brought into the TCR program let him!), we feel the most ideal home for him would be a calm household where he can gets lots of love, rubs and attention and where he can get lots of exercise. Over time, he may relax and calm down more. In the meantime, he would do better in a home where there aren't other dominant cat personalities.
